Transaction process
The purchase of cryptocurrency
- The customer comes to the exchange office with cash
- The customer accepts the Bitcoin sale rate provided on the exchange office or, in the case of another cryptocurrency, accepts the price offer provided by the exchange employee
- The customer provides the Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency address to which he would like to receive funds
- The customer transfers the appropriate amount of cash to the exchange office employee
- The customer confirms the correctness of the address provided by him (the transaction is irrevocable and impossible to undo) and the employee transfers the cryptocurrency to the given address
The sales transaction cryptocurrency
- The customer comes to the currency exchange office with cryptocurrency
- The customer accepts the Bitcoin purchase rate provided on the exchange office or, in the case of another cryptocurrency, accepts the price offer provided by the exchange employee
- The exchange office employee provides the address of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency to which the Customer sends the cryptocurrency
- After the confirmation by the network 1 blockchain for Bitcoin transaction or after posting other than Bitcoin cryptocurrency the nearest exchange office portfolio, the nearest exchange office employee provides the Client with the right amount of cash
